Thank you for shopping at cartbazaars! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your packages are processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options tailored to get your products to you as soon as possible. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days (if available at checkout).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly through our carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damages & Shipping Issues

cartbazaars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund for the product will be issued, or a reshipment fee may apply.
